10% Offer – Terms and Conditions

Operations Nation community members get 10% off their first year of the YuLife app, with no limit on the number of employees you can cover. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms and Conditions

1. The offer. Operations Nation community members are entitled to 10% off the subscription fee for their first year of the YuLife app (the software-only product, with no insurance attached). Standard pricing applies on renewal and for all subsequent years.
2. Unlimited employees. The 10% discount applies to the full first-year subscription fee and covers an unlimited number of employees at the qualifying business for that first year.
3. Who can claim. To be eligible, you must: (a) be a current member of the Operations Nation community at the time of sign-up; (b) be a new YuLife customer who does not already hold a YuLife app subscription or policy; and (c) purchase the YuLife app (software-only) directly through YuLife.
4. How to claim. Quote the Operations Nation offer when you enquire or sign up. YuLife will confirm your eligibility before the discount is applied. The discount must be claimed at the point of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. Promotion period. This is an ongoing offer with no fixed end date. YuLife may amend, suspend or withdraw it at any time on reasonable notice. Any business that has already signed up will keep the first-year discount agreed at its point of purchase.
6. One offer per business. The discount is limited to one per business, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
7. Other discounts. The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other YuLife offer, discount or promotional rate, unless YuLife agrees otherwise in writing.
8. Standard terms apply. The YuLife app is provided subject to YuLife’s standard terms of service and subscription agreement. Those terms govern your use of the product and prevail to the extent of any conflict with these terms.
9. Changes and eligibility checks. YuLife reserves the right to verify eligibility, and to amend these terms or refuse, withdraw or reclaim the discount where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11. Data protection. Any personal data collected in connection with this offer will be handled in line with YuLife’s privacy policy.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
